BOOKING:

Please email info@girlsatheart.com or call Preparing the Way Ministries at (334) 745-6354 if you are interested in booking an event.  Once a date has been set, you will receive a confirmation agreement.  As soon as Preparing the Way Ministries receives the signed agreement along with a 20% deposit, the event will be confirmed.

SPEAKER FEE & TRAVEL EXPENSES:

• Please call Preparing the Way Ministries at (334) 745-6354 for prices.  
• Non-smoking hotel room with interior-hallway entry (two double beds). Be sure to provide hotel with a hard copy of credit card.  Phoned in credit cards are for holding the room only. Signed authorization can be faxed with a copy of credit card at most hotels. Please make hotel arrangements and provide Ginger with confirmation number, hotel phone number, and directions from the airport at least two weeks prior to event.
• Round trip airfare from Atlanta, GA and Greensboro, NC or reimbursement for mileage at 44 cents per mile.
• Rental car if flying.
• We will book airfare and rental car.  You will receive an invoice for these expenses prior to the event.  Reimbursement along with the remaining 80% of speaker fee is to be paid on the day of the event.

ADDITIONAL NEEDS:

• Two 8-foot tables for the sale of books and CDs. We will supply table skirts.
• Electrical outlet for credit card machine
• 2 Cordless lapel (or ear piece) microphones
• 2 Hand-held microphones
• Sound system with both CD and cassette capability
• Sound person to run music. A detailed script will be provided.
• Sturdy lectern
• Partition (some sort of privacy screen) on stage for costume changes
• Two small tables, such as game / card tables
• Living room chair on stage
• Sleeping bag or large blanket or comforter (preferably little girl colors)
• We will need to arrive 1&1/2 hours before the event for sound check and to set up resource tables
• Directions from airport to the hotel and hotel to the speaking location should be mailed or emailed to Preparing the Way Ministries two weeks prior to the event
